FREE CPR training for the Community

Defibrilator use and training

Community lifesavers provide free CPR training to community groups of all shapes and sizes. Every minute counts in an emergency, and knowing CPR can truly be the difference between life and death. Yet, many people hesitate to learn this vital skill due to cost or accessibility. What if you could gain this knowledge for free right in your community?

Part of the volunteer team at the Power of Women festival March in Ellington Park Ramsgate.
Birchington Veterans-association members.

Promoting this lifesaving skill rather than a first aid course is key to spreading this easy-to-learn skill to as many people as possible. The sessions have been run from private homes, or we can work with your group to find a suitable venue.

The groups can be as large as 30 or more if needed. Some of our community groups have included Westgate and Birchington Golf Club, The Smugglers Restaurant in Birchington, Courts Pharmacy, Westbrook Bowling Club, Birchington WI, Kingsgate Squash Club, Rotary Club of Margate, Rotary Club of Sandwich, Thanet Business Network, Birchington Veterans Society and more…

"A huge thank-you to this fabulous group of volunteers who are helping to spread life-saving skills to the community. Our members all got to learn how to use defibrillators."
